Blouse has a black fabric underneath with a sheer layer on top. Mid length sleeve with elastic. Elastic band gathering at waist with rough edge hem. Large opening in back with ribbon tie string on back neck No tag states the size. My guess would be a Medium, please refer to measurements Not sure what the graphic on front says Looks like it says "Grand Menu Recipe" Also has a spoon and fork criss crossed. Pre owned
