This is a Neumann Marcus brand Max Studio romantic top and made of polyester and spandex. It’s so cute with the tiered ruffles all the way down. It slips over the head, and the spandex makes it curve hugging but not tight feeling. there are a couple of tiny little snags in a couple ruffles but it is unnoticeable because of the design of the ruffles.
