White around the top section with blue and green stripes from the waist down, has a really pretty watercolor tie dye style to it! Slight ruffle around the bottom. High mock neck with keyhole at the back with an extra large statement bow tie closure. Fully lined. Exposed gold back-zip closure. A bit wrinkly from storage but otherwise great condition!
