gertv Do you know what is the main difference in these sizes? Could it be the length of arms and overall coat? Or, you think it is much wider as well?

ornelashtembari @miumiu927 I have to confess I’m not an expert on European sizing. I think Italian size 38 translates to US size 2. As this coat is size US 4 that leads me to believe it would be Italian size 40.
