hokienclt I'm so sorry your jacket is taking forever to get to you. I took it to the post office the next day after you purchased it but it is just now tracking. I guess it's the Christmas rush but I did not have this problem last year.

vjcoleman I also ordered the C & B zip up jacket, red, from you but received a totally different item...Talbot skirt size 4! I reported the mixup to Poshmark and hopefully we can get this straightened out easily. Just realized it also was from your closet. Apparently we have similar taste! Thanks.

vjcoleman @upscalebuys What? I sent a pair of dockers to a buyer with the prepaid shipping label received from posh Mark. How in the world would you have received that? I haven’t heard from the buyer… This is very confusing. I will contact the buyer and see if they have received them yet. Very strange.

vjcoleman I listed the pants on another site, not Poshmark. They reported that the pkg was received by the buyer (that is you according to the label). You live in Mass and buyer lives in Fla. Do you list on another site as well as Poshmark? How would the other site give me your info on the sh. label? They think the shipping is completed. Are you on another site (platform) too?

vjcoleman Hi Sherri, The other site is dodging responsibility but suggests the pants be sent back to me and they will reissue a shipping label to the correct person. Can you contact them and give your address so they can send. shipping label for return to me? Don't know how to do this exactly and they're not very helpful. The CSR is named ROMEL at the other site. Can you send me the UPS # on the pkg? That might help. Geesh!!!!

vjcoleman Sherri, would you please, please send me a pic of the shipping label and UPS# on the package. I'm having ongoing interaction with the Customer Relations guy, (supervisor now named Joshua) on this issue. I think that will end the problem. I'm so sorry this is involving you, but I am helpless to figure out how this happened when they shipped. THANKS. My email address is my first name at comcast.net. vjcoleman @upscalebuys I am convinced it was an accident on the part of the company. Just need to figure out how to get them to the buyer now. That’s why they want you to contact them to verify that you have them and then they can send you the correct shipping level. Sorry for all this hassle. I hope it’s over soon. Thank you!

vjcoleman @upscalebuys I just heard from the CSR who offered to send you a prepaid shipping label for the buyer. He stated "You (Sherri) must contact the Help Desk, Attn: KIRO, and make yourself known". Apparently he cannot contact you, you must initiate contact with him! He will get the sh. label to you only in this way. Can you do that? Do you understand which selling company it is (not Poshmark)? So many clues, haha. THANK YOU, VJ
