This pull over dress is from the 60's or 70's. Shift styling with a gentle A-line to the skirt. Light blue fabric has an all over floral willow print. Dress is sleeveless with unique squared off fabric border. There are also pintuck pleats on both shoulders. Split neck with spread collar that leads down to a three button placket. Matching fabric tie belt. No size/care/fabric tags. Fabric feels like a polyester knit of medium weight. Size seems to be medium but please check measurements below for fit.
