High pile teddy fleece exterior with zippered nylon patch pockets and scrunch jogger ankle. Drawstring waistband. Inner material is fluffy and soft (though less fluffy than the outside). waist is 13” UNstretched- see sizing but I think these could also fit a small as they are oversized
