New without tags! I purchased this on QVC. It has never been worn. Excellent, clean and beautiful condition. It didn’t quite fit, and I let too much time pass to return it. No stains, snags, etc. Snaps at chest in front. Made to look like a wrap dress. The dress skirt is secured closed, so it does not fall open. Cute and easy bow feature. You can tie in front, or on the side. You can wear any bra with this dress, which I think is a big bonus for comfort. Throw a blazer with it for work. Black, cream, with pink flowers and polka dots.
