NWOT Ivy & Blu polka dotted dress 4-6

This dress is seriously the cutest dress in my whole closet. The contemporary lines and circles contribute to the uniqueness of this dress. I love the side panels that are reversed colors from the front panel and skirt. It fits through the bodice and then flares. It is a roomy 4 and probably would fit a six, also. Zippers up the back. Is completely lined. Best news… Pockets in the skirt! Can’t get any better than this!
