NWOT Sample Pink Frills Black Dress Size L

This is a sample dress that I bought with a lot of money. It has pink lace frills on each strap and bust has bustier. Two pink ribbon on the front and the back. Material is not known, but I assume it’s mix of cotton and spandex. Measurements are bust 18”, waist 15”, and total length is 30.5”.
