New with tag item, with some minor/ not-so-obvious flaws on waist band and on pleats. Maybe storage mistake cause the flaws. Please see the details on the last few photos. Thick and high quality materials. The blue is a lot like purple blue. I try to make the colors as accurate on photos as possible, but different monitor might display different colors. Made in Italy.
