NWT Avi Luvaton made in Israel 925 Steel Leather Travel Prayer Luggage Tag

This luggage tag is vintage from the late 90's and it was purchased at the King David hotel in Israel. It was designed by Avi Luvaton, known for making beautiful fine jewelry pieces and accessories. The chain is sterling silver with the metal engraved plate being stainless steel with burgundy leather inlays. I don't read Hebrew but a friend who does told me that it is a travel prayer. It is brand new in the original box.
