NWT Betsey Johnson Annabel Ruffle Sleeve Dress

Brand new with tags, Betsey Johnson Annabel ruffle sleeve dress. Colors are black and white. A-line shift style. Pull over with zipper on back. Lined. Scoop neck. Three quarter sleeves. 100% polyester. Above the knee/knee length. Model is 5’9” wearing a size 18. This is a Size 18 but I find it runs small. Would say it’s closer to a 16. #572
