New with tags. Classic V-neck pullover with sparkles scattered around the front neckline. The scarf is attached with 2 buttons on the back neckline. Wear it buttoned or loose or not at all. The scarf has sparkles at the bottom. Tag says petite but it looks like it could fit a regular size. Please check measurements below to ensure fit.
