NWT Gianni Bini light blue animal print inspired shimmery maxi dress size small

Brand new with tag Gianni Bini light blue maxi dress. The print has a silvery almost animal print like design in silver. The top has no straps but has a zipper in the back and rubber around the top to grip the skin. Skirt is long and flowy. There is a under liner and a chiffon like over layer. There is also ribbing in side of tops to hold its shape. Material is 100 percent polyester. Measures 14 1/2 inches across top, 13 inches at line skirt starts, and to hem is 50 inches from pit.
