NWT Hot Topic black ruffle crop top

New with tags. Long sleeve black top from Hot Topic. Brand is Polly & Esther. Ruffles at neck and long sleeves make this a super cute crop top. Goes with everything!!! Size is labeled as a Large, but I am usually a medium and the other one of these I have fits me perfectly. It also has a lot of stretch to it.
