NWT Plenty Frock by Tracy Reese Floral Silk Dress in Size 4

Beautiful rose and cream floral 100 percent silk dress. Never worn and new with tags from Bloomingdale’s. It was gifted to me by a friend, but it is too small for me. Perfect for a wedding or graduation. -pleated skirt waist -tie back -ribbon straps -chest reinforced with cups It will benefit from steaming/ironing and after that good as new. There are two small threads on back tie belt.
