NWT! Relished Black and White Chevron Dress.

NWT! Only tried on and it’s too small for me. The tag says M but I have listed as a S bc it is definitely NOT a M. It is comfortable and cute just wish it fit me. Flat measurements: Pit to pit approximately 15.5”, length (from lowest neck point) approximately 31”
