Brand new! The box was opened, but the soles were never used and are in pristine like new condition. Fits Mens shoe sizes 7-12 US. These supports can be trimmed to your custom fit and liking. I use the women's ones and couldn't speak more highly of them! They might work for larger womens sizes (10+) but cannot guarantee. They'd be best fitted in the appropriate men's size shoes.
