marymzack @rubie255 technically they are elastic waist BUT I may as well say the aren’t because the stretch is MINIMAL. The legs are oversized and the front is draped if you can see. I am 5’4” and weigh 125. Hope that helps! These really are my absolute favorite pants to be honest so I don’t mind if you pass lol. I’m fighting stage four cancer though, so I’m selling everything please take a look at my closet. Appreciate you. 🫶

marymzack @rubie255 yes I’ll be honest they likely won’t. I was a size 6, but currently I’m fighting cancer so they fit me perfectly now, but they were very difficult to get on. And I have no hips or butt! I would say fit a size 2. Sorry!
