NWT dress - skirt - cover up in high/low

This is a semi sheer dress - skirt or even a cover up they had plenary on stretch at the top because it’s made with spandex so that it fits a variety of body shapes and styles. It measures 13.5” from armpit to armpit and 16.5” when stretched. The length is 24” in the front and 34” in the back.
