This beautiful dress is by Express and is brand new and never worn with tags attached. The top part of the dress is done in a camisole style with a back zipper closure. The spaghetti straps are adjustable. It is Misses Sz 8, measures 35" in length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem and 15" across from armpit when laid flat.
