This is a young USA brand medium size very light and flowy navy blue dress. The pink lilly print has bits of orange and green details. Very soft, comfortable, slippery, and allows maximum air flow through the extra large sleeve holes along with a slight scoop neck and a larger scoop with a tie in the back. It would be perfect for transitioning from the pool or the beach to dinner. It's made of 95% polyester 5% spandex hand wash cold, line dry. no tags but never been worn
