New without tags Navy lace dress. I purchased this dress to wear for a wedding then ended up wearing something different and was not able to return the dress. The dress has never been worn only tried on and tags removed. In excellent condition no damage or flaws. Navy blue lace design with a nude under tone. Purchased from the Red Dress Boutique.
