Never worn 100% cotton handkerchief hem flowy dress

This dress has never been worn. (I hate my arms). It is sleeveless Aline cut or circle cut with embroidery around the neck, arms and hemline. It is made from 100% cotton and very breezy. Made in India. It says “free size” but would fit best sizes 0-12 . From armpit to armpit it is 26” and shoulder to longest part is 44”
