New Da-Nang Blue Ruffle Skirt XS

This is such a pretty blue color and the skirt is very cute. It features several layers of ruffles but still has a fitted figure flattering design. The material is stretchy and the entire skirt has stretch. Fabric is 100% silk. I am not sure why the inner label appears discolored or dirty but it is how it arrived in plastic packaging and not anywhere else on the skirt so likely part of the design. Smoke free clean home. Retails for $178. Flat measurements: waist 11 inches and length 15 inches.
