Brand new, never worn, no tags. Blue, green, yellow ditsy floral rare Free People dress (black dress in left side of cover photo is exactly the same except for color). Corset-style bodice with gathered smocking at waist really pulls you in. Have had this for many years but never worn, just sitting in my closet. Size 4. Layered look with tutu-like tulle petticoat at the bottom. Super soft 100% cotton shell and lining, mesh ruffle made of 100% nylon. Font and back have mirrored v-line with crochet shoulders.
