This is a swim dress which means it doesn’t have any swim bottoms with attached to it. You can wear with your own swim bottoms underneath. The top has adjustable straps and removable padding. Top is stripped red and white and bottom navy. Great for Memorial Day weekend or 4th of July. It’s handmade in USA. Hand wash. Polyester and spandex. Never got to wear. Measurements pit to pit: 16” Bust to bottom: 26”
