Outfit Top & Skirt Set: B&W Polka Dot Top w/ Ruffled Layers, Sz. S / Sz. M

Outfit set includes both: the Polka dotted black layered ruffled top with white polka dots (Sz. small), as well as the bright cherry red fitted pencil skirt (Sz. medium), that features a matching built-in, thin, red belt and small, decorative faux diamond bow accent in the front center. The skirt is vintage and rare. Both are in excellent condition.
