Pads to cover clips so it doesn’t rub on dogs skin. Two clips under belly both have a pad to cover those clips. The straps extend quite a bit but my dog shown in the last couple photos is about 19 pounds and I can’t shorten the straps enough for her. I her girth is 17” and this won’t fit that small.

@camcalvao. There is no size tag on it. I tried searching the web & can’t find the exact so I’m going to guess it’s a S-M. Girth/Chest approx. 27” mid range. Back length 11”. As far as I find it’s comparable to a medium & the Outward Hound site showed a similar pack avail. only in M & L. I can only say if U try it & it doesn’t fit send it back but U must say I sent the wrong one or something is missing.. Not it doesn’t fit.
