pfrey16 @fiesty2112 they’re used in weightlifting to help keep your grip on the barbell when lifting heavy. I added a photo showing an example of how to use them.

fiesty2112 @pfrey16 does it help with you gripping and holding/lifting the bar? My grip gives out on my deadlifts when I get to a heavy weight. Legs can lift the weight, but my grip gives out.

pfrey16 @fiesty2112 the straps that go around the bar are just straps, no attachment, you just hold onto them. So I would say yes.
