Pretty pale neon yellow little girl's dress. Eyelet detail at bottom, neckline, and ruffle straps. Bow at front neck. Scalloped hem and scalloped square neckline ala Chloe. Functional button back. Super cute. GUC, just wrinkly from being in a bag of baby stuff my sister gave me to list like a month ago. Please note the yellow is brighter than appears in the photos.
