This has a size tag - Large, but is very confusing how it’s supposed to be worn. It has two ties in the back. The material is thin, which could be used as a thin shawl, apron or a sarong. It could also be worn as a wrap around skirt. The closest match I could find was this fabric pattern’s name. Length is about 54 inches. Height is about 18 inches.
