Paul & Joe silk dress, new with tags. 100% silk with 100% acetate lining. There are a few very faint marks along the ruffle trim at hem as pointed out in pics. Features pull on style, black with contrasting white ruffle details, white has a golden peach undertone. Made in France. European size 38 measures 19” on the chest, 22” at waist, 22” at hip. There is no designated shoulder, measures 14” from neckline to neckline with 12.5” sleeves, 33” top to bottom. Would best fit a XS/S.
