“Petty-skirt”from Very Moda

Gently used. French skirt (bought in Paris). Pleated front, lined, zip closure, and high waist style. Size is French, closest to size 4 but see photos for measurements. Lining is ripped on the side because there is no vent; left it like that so it wouldn’t feel constrained when lifting up my leg (stairs, etc)
