Phoebe by Kay Unger Silk Mixed Dot Halter Swing Dress (Vintage/Near Vintage) - 8

Incredible silk halter dress featuring a multi-color mixed dot print. Shirred panels at bust and back. Back zipper and buttoned halter. Decorative ties at back. Lining and trim are dark brown or black (it's kind of hard to tell) with cream-colored dots. Outer layer is black with pink, purple, white, and yellow dots. Dress is 100% silk and very lightweight. It is in very good to excellent used condition with a handful of small flaws - a few scattered fabric pulls and light fraying at the bottom of the zipper. I am not sure of the exact age of the dress since I purchased it secondhand. Based on the style and the brand, it is most likely from the late 90s or early 2000s. Phoebe rebranded to Phoebe Couture at some point in the 2000s, so that is my best guess for the age. I did a good amount of research on the dress and did not find another one of the same style. Measurements (all taken flat and unstretched): Bust - 16.25" Waist - 14" Hips - Open Length - 31.5" from center front to bottom My mannequin measures 38" at the bust and 32.25" at the waist. This DID NOT fit the mannequin - the zipper wouldn't close all the way. I tied the straps in the back so it would stay up and show the fit.
