Picture Frame

This vintage frame is very nice; the mat has another thin frame right around the picture. I can't tell what it is made of, it could be wood painted with a metallic paint? Or a synthetic material. Color: Brass color? Outer dimensions: 9 & 14/16 inches wide, 11 & 12/16 inches tall, 1/2 inch deep, not including the backing. Type: Normally standing, but it is missing the "leg" from the hinge. It needs a little refurbishing, but it can be made into a hanging or standing frame. Picture size: Currently matted for a 5" x 7", but could hold up to 8" x 10" depending on the mat. Details: Kind of looks like dotted ribbon around the edge. Good vintage condition, but does have some areas where paint has rubbed off, see pics! AND, it needs to have the back refurbished to either hang or stand
