Polkadot 2-piece Bikini Set

Black & White 2 piece bikini set. High waisted bottoms with cute ruffle at each side. Top has padding. I bought these as a size L but they definitely run very small. These would be great for a petite person. NWT, never worn. Hygiene sticker is still attached to bottoms. Top has tags attached, bottom didn't come with a tag. Note: Other than tag and bag it came in having size labeled there are no physical size tags on actual swimwear.
