These leggings are super cute and they are in very good condition. They are polyester and spandex and have a fake leather look. They are size small/medium, inseam measures 27 1/2 inches, the rise is 11 inches and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 11 1/2 inches across and stretches to 21 inches across.
