Quiltex vintage baby jacket

This is a blue and white gingham plaid hooded jacket. It has built-in mittens, a hood and buttons up the front. This doesn't have a size tag but I suspect that it's around 6 months, maybe slightly larger. It doesn't have any visible wear other than a small stain (pictured) on the lining.
