RAGA Wild Gardens Floral Skirt with Tassel & Fringe

This mini skirt by RAGA is made of 100% viscose and features the gorgeous and lush Wild Gardens floral print. It has a wide band of elastic at the waist with a ruffle above the waist and a built-in drawstring with tassels at the end. The skirt is also trimmed with a band of fringe ~halfway down. It's in excellent used condition with no flaws anywhere that I can find. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure it's a good fit for you. They were taken on the front of the skirt with it laid flat.
