RARE Debby African Stitches Beaded Peplum Top Women’s M/L? Horse Print NWOT. This beautiful, immaculately tailored top is made by the Nigirian fashion designer Debbrah Moses of Debby African Stitches. Some of her designs were showcase in the 2014 London Fashion Week. This unique top is embellished with colorful beads at the top and has gold and purple horse print at the bottom. It has cap sleeves, peplum/ruffle waist accented with a removable tie, full length rainbow colored back zipper, and rounded neckline. It is fully lined. There is no size tag so I’m estimating that it’s a medium or large base on the pit to pit measurement but please check over the measurements in the photos yourself to determine fit as this material does not have stretch and it’s fitted at the waist and flare out at the hips for a fit and flare style.
