(should be Oak Brook, IL), SURFACE WASHABLE ALL NEW MATERIAL POLYESTER FIBER & P.E. PELLETS REG.NO PA.(No Space between REG. & NO an no Period after the NO), CE on the Tag, faint heart pink watermark stamp. Handmade in China on the fold of the Tush Tag, Holographic on Tush Tag, It also reads "1965 (KR)" on the Tush Tag which Means that it was part of the Korean Market (which means it was NOT mass produced. Also, the Hang Tag reads the DOB in the Description September 11, 2001. There's a code inside the tush tag (4893MB5E) as shown in photo. Comes with Acrylic container and tag protector.
