Raven + Lily Black Silk Poncho Dress, Women’s OS

Here is a very unique garment from the brand Raven and Lily. It is a NWT, 100% silk fabric, all black in color poncho style midi dress. Has a conservative neckline, cap style sleeves with flowing ruffles down the sides that start at the sleeves. It also has a unique oval cut out just below each sleeve, which I believe is to just alter the look and slide your arms through. Great tunic style garment by the famous worldwide brand!
