Redish orange skirt size unknown and brand unknown

Redish orange skirt size unknown and brand unknown. To me this isn’t a true red. It’s a little orange. I took a pic of a true red and included it. The true red is on the left. Has zipper and button on back. Looks like it might have been made by someone at home. Small slit at bottom. If interested let me know and I can provide measurements. Not sure how to wash either but feels like polyester possibly
