Roz & Ali scalloped waves belted sweater

This fun top is a sweater but super light material. Has attached belt loops for the included thin black belt. Red scallops and black waves make this an eye catching top perfect for the office or a night on the town. Cap sleeves. I did notice one small snag when taking photos and is shown in last pic.
