Vintage handmade stars and stripes shorts. Late 60s/early 70s. No tags. Eye and hook closure and front zipper. Functional front and back pockets. Flawless. Measurements (approx and laying flat): Waist: 13” Hips: 19” Length: 13” Rise: 10” Note: the rise is front is slightly lower than rise in back. For ref, I am 5’4” (32-25-36) and fit comfortable in waist and relaxed in hips. A16
