Sanctuary striped dress, size XS

Sanctuary striped dress, black cream, rust & tan. In pre-loved condition, made in China. Machine washable. Fabric content is not readable, but I believe the dress is cotton with some spandex, is definitely stretchy. Four buttons down one side, scoop neck. Measures armpit to armpit 13 inches and shoulder to hem 40 1/2 inches.
