Watercolor of the famous "Rainbow Row" in Charleston, South Carolina, a series of historic houses; vintage lithograph print and signed by the artist Ann Nicholls Williams ("Nicki"), who was an accomplished watercolor artist. Professionally framed in an antique goldtone frame and double matted in a pastel robin's egg blue-green and covered in glass.
