Silk Chiffon Burn Out Dot Dress- Fixer Upper

Maroon/burgundy/plum dress. Sheer chiffon burn out dot overlay, solid silk lining, unlined sheer ruched sleeves. Square neckline. This is a fixer upper special. There is a tear to the fabric near the seam of the right chest/sleeve and a smaller tear/thinning near the armpit. They are shown in photos from both the exterior and interior. I don't know how to sew so can't attempt to fix them myself or cut the sleeves off and sew up the edges to turn it into a sleeveless dress. From designer brand Tocca, which was big in the 90s and early 2000s, and known for their romantic, feminine aesthetic. Bra strap snaps. I don't like donating damaged items because I feel like it would be disingenuous and disappoint the person who finds it and thinks they found something good/special only to later notice the tears, so I'm seeing if someone has use for it knowing it has the tears.
